How to Use Banking & Transfers

The Banking page is your financial center. It shows your transaction history and lets you send money to other pilots or operator accounts.

Viewing Transactions

When you open Banking, you see your personal transaction ledger: every payment, payout, rental charge, fuel cost, and transfer.

If you belong to operators with the ManageBanking permission, you can switch the view to see an operator’s transactions instead using the account selector at the top.

Sending Money

  1. On the Banking page, select the source account (your personal account or an eligible operator account).
  2. Search for the destination (another pilot or an operator).
  3. Enter the amount to transfer.
  4. Confirm the transfer.

Transfer Rules

  • No self-transfers. You can’t send money to yourself.
  • Sufficient balance. The source account must have enough funds.
  • 7-day account age. New personal accounts must be at least 7 days old before they can send money.
  • Large transfers. Transfers over §10,000 require an extra confirmation step.
  • Operator permissions. You need the ManageBanking permission to use an operator account as a source.

Transfer Types

The system supports:

  • Pilot to pilot
  • Pilot to operator
  • Operator to pilot
  • Operator to operator

All transfers are recorded in the transaction history of both parties.
