How to Refuel

Before a flight, you’ll want to make sure your aircraft has enough fuel. Refueling is done from the Loading Area.

How to Refuel

  1. Go to the Loading Area in the sidebar.
  2. With an active rental, find the Refuel section.
  3. You’ll see the fuel prices at the aircraft’s current airport.
  4. Choose how much fuel to add.
  5. Confirm the purchase.

Fuel Rules

  • Fuel type must match. The fuel you’re adding must match what the aircraft uses.
  • Tank capacity. You can’t add more fuel than the aircraft’s tank can hold.
  • No refueling in flight. The aircraft must be on the ground.
  • Prices vary. Fuel costs differ by airport. Some airport types (like heliports or seaplane bases) may not have fuel available.

Who Pays?

This depends on the rental type:

  • Wet rental: The aircraft owner pays for fuel.
  • Dry rental: You (the renter) pay for fuel.

Fuel costs are recorded as transactions and appear in your Banking history.
