How to Move to Another Airport

Your pilot has a physical location in the world. If you need to be at a different airport, whether to reach a rented aircraft or find better assignments, you can use the transfer feature.

How to Transfer

1. From your Dashboard, look at the current location section and click the option to change location. You can also access this from other parts of the app.
2. The Transfer Location dialog opens.
3. Enter the destination airport code (it will be converted to uppercase automatically).
4. Click to get a transfer quote. The system calculates available travel options and their prices based on distance and airport types.
5. Choose a transfer type from the available options.
6. Confirm and pay. Your pilot is moved to the new airport immediately.

What It Costs

Transfer costs depend on:

• Distance between the two airports
• Available travel types, as different options may be available depending on the route
• Your current balance, since you must have enough to cover the cost

When You Might Need to Transfer

• Your rented aircraft is at a different airport than your pilot (location mismatch)
• You want to explore a new region with different assignments
• You’re joining an operator based at a different airport
